Itinerary description
Flat trail. Unpaved road through the old Lure estate until one meets the river. Must walk in river (rocky bottom) and along shore, some sections thru bushes alongside river. At the split, take the tributary to the right. Great reward at end, beautiful falls and lovely deep pool for swimming. 1.86 miles each way starting from Rainbow Nature retreat.

This was a great trail. Just make sure you are relatively fit to manage the uneven riverbed terrain.
