Itinerary description
A rugged rocky trail in Ha Ha Tonka state park in south central Missouri. Very scenic. You can camp anywhere, but bring extra padding! No reliable water supplies. Very peaceful and scenic. Trailhead is just minutes from natural and historic features, such as caves, a natural bridge and castle ruins!

First mile mostly uphill grade from them on it is pretty much low grade up and down except a few areas. About time reaching the last 1/3 there is a signed trail to ext3nt the total to 7 miles... good walk
1st mile uphill afterwards short grades up and down.. option to make it 7 miles starts with a side trail at about the last 1/3
