Itinerary description
Long hard exhausting walk with difficult navigation espically just after the stream crossing near Gompa (go down) and an area about two thirds along where wood cutters paths make great confusion. Long to do in a day and probably arrive after cloud. Better to camp at upper most kharaka. We stopped before real Basecamp which continues to another kharaka and then uphill to glacial moraine.

From monastery take forest trail behind houses and head on clear track towards mountain

Arrive at a yak kharaka but be very careful in forest it's very very easy to get lost

After khaka the path is clearer and descends slowly toward river. The nuns gave even added a few cardboard signs and rock cairns

Shortly after khaka come to often dry stream bed. Cross over to left bank and a trail heads up alongside stream bed south

Twenty minutes brings you to a large kharaka just beyond tree line and ten min beyond that another. After which 15 min climb to glacial moraine
