Itinerary description
Car route to the hike start via Agios Nicolas village passes several vantage points with scenic views of the valley and multiple photo opportunities.
Hike starts close to the picturesque Arminou dam, and the largest medieval bridge in Cyprus, Tselefos. Route follows a 'classic' Venetian bridges trail to the Roudias bridge, approximately 10km one way.
First 500m of the trail may be found a bit challenging due to a steep uphill climb, however the remaining path to Roudias bridge follows an easy downhill road.
Roudias bridge was damaged by a severe earthquake in the 1950's, and then restored in the 1970's, thus loosing some of its original structure and character.
