Itinerary description
Very pleasant walk mostly on forest roads and tracks. Beautiful views through the trees. Cataracts of the mylopotamos stream near its source. The detour to Profitis Ilias was very rewarding but a bit of a scramble up to the next bit of road. We took some shortcuts on the way down but you could use the road if preferred.
