Nice and affordable excursion to one of the main temples of Buddhism, Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest. It is a sacred place of Buddhism that is hanging from a 900-meter wall, being one of the most important pilgrimage centers in Bhutan and perhaps the most representative tourist photo of the country.
The excursion is accessible to all audiences, considering you have minimal experience, preparation and hiking equipment. You can also climb half of the journey on the back of a donkey, which I advise against for health reasons (personal quirks). Halfway there is a complete cafeteria where you can even eat and rest while enjoying the excellent views.
The track is exclusively one way. The round trip, not counting stops, was completed in 5 hours.
