Itinerary description
Started with a steep decline from our hotel in Bario alto in Trevelez to the river then a relatively steep ascent with wonderful views back over Travelez. Once over the ridge there was a gentle descent via forestry trails and tracks to Juviles. Very impressive ‘Jamones de Juviles’ outlet in Juviles. After Juviles descent down to Timar over some rugged very scenic terrain. Then another descent to Lobras. The villages are separated by steep gully’s.
