A very busy route for pilgrims who go to the Tungnath temple, known for being the tallest Hindu temple in the world. It runs along a fairly wide path paved with large stones and its only difficulty is the very long slope, steep at times, and the altitude at the one that passes, which for some people can be a problem (there are benches to rest along the way and it can be done in much less time; my group made many stops to take pictures) Otherwise, the rhododendron forests, the vertical ravines and, on a sunny day, the views over some of the snow-capped peaks of the Himamaya (eg Kedar, 6831m) are absolutely spectacular. An excellent opportunity to start exploring the Himalayas and to immerse yourself in the deepest life of India.
