Itinerary description

Beautiful hike suitable for all ages until Refugio A. Locatelli (a little bit beyond my point nr. 11). After that point onwards it gets slightly more demanding but more enjoyable as there are less hikers on the path. The starting place was Refugio Auronzo, which has good parking facilities and can be reached by public transport. Great place for multi-day trekking as there are several huts on the area. At the end of October there was some extremely slippery ice on the first descend so it is advisable to at least carry walking poles.
