Itinerary description
Starts at the "Burger" on the road that conects Palmeiras to Capão, between the hotel Lagoa das Cores and the beginning of the trail to Fumaça waterfall.
The beginning is through a smal dirt road until a river. 1 or 2km. Crossing the river, the trail began. Be careful with the bifurcation after 1km from the river: left goes to mount Tabor and Águas Claras waterfall, right goes to Lençóis. After this point, the trail pass through the valley for maybe 2-3 kms and turns upright, to the top of a plateau. After many km, the trail turn to right again throgh the "portal" of Lençóis (2 big rock walls on the both sides) and starts tho get down until the city of Lençõis.
The technical difficulty is easy but you need a very good phisycal condition to do in 1 day. Very nice to do in couple days.
Water after almost all the way.
