Itinerary description
With a group of hiking friends, consist of hikers and trail runners
*NOTE: to whomever who'd like to use my map for this trail, feel free. However, would suggest that y'all follow it in reverse (out as in). Due to loss of GPS coverage, a certain section was recorded as straight line, by Wikiloc.
Pretty sure this trail is famous amongst the hiking community. However, only now I've managed to do it, only after being personally invited. The trail is clear, albeit, partly, badly damaged, due to dirt bikers and ATV riders using the same trail. Would consider this as easy, however, due to the distance, would instead classify it as moderate. Also, we were lucky (or, unlucky, depends on how your hiking style is😜) that it rained, throughout our journey, with 2 to 3 hours of break, in-between. With rain, a clear, wide trail, became technical. And with how damaged the trail is, made the whole experience, interesting, during wet season, because it forces you to be very creative on how you handles yourself, and get out of it, safely.
Other than that, it's an awesome mileage training, for my soon-to-be retackled, hardcore hikes.
Watch this space!
PS: Loads of river-crossing, choose your footwear well, unless you do not mind hiking in wet shoes, hours on end, effectively rendering your feet pickled.
