Itinerary description
Park near the dam, there is big parking space.
Follow the trail to start poin.
We choose short cut by climb through slope, or you may follow the obvious trail.
About 3 hours we get up to Hatta Sign, stopped few times for photo and drone shot.
It was very windy, beautiful view of the farm, mountains, and of course, the HATTA huge sign board.
Used the dirt road behind hatta sign to get down.
Following bicycle trail, there are few water ponds, and some pool formed by the water from dam, clear with fish.
And made the way back to where we started.
Generally easy route.

Hi Li Zhang..
can you share with me the following please:
1) Parking spot for this trail ( is sedan car accessible )
2) On top of the hatta sign, any good sport for sunrise
Hi Kim, The starting point is open parking space near the dam, and accessible by any type of vehicle including sedan.
It’s also big open space near hatta sign. Before reach the sign there was a high altitude level spot I guess good for sunrise view.
Hi Li Zhang, thank lot for your swift reply.
Will you able to share with me the Google drop pin for parking?
No Problem. If you click within Wikiloc app “direction to starting point” it will take you to the map. Or use GPS coordinates 24°48'49.2"N 56°08'36.8"E
i see..thanks again!

There is a more direct paved hike trail right beside the trail in this path that can confuse hikers. And once you get to the Hatta sign and on the way down it’s tempting to just take the tri bike trail downward as per this map (which isn’t recommended when that is engaged with bikes) rather than the longer zig zag paved path seen.
