Itinerary description

Good parking at the church, or start at the campsite. Lima escapes. Follow the RED and YELLOW route markers. We missed one and had to double back. The red and white will take you on a MUCH longer route(40km) a couple of quite steep climbs. A well marked route with an option to cut it short at LOURIDO after a drink at the bar.

I have followed this trail  verified  View more

Mooie wandeling door verstilde dorpjes, langs de rivier en door naar eucalyptus ruikend bos. Één stijl klimmetje verder prima te doen! Vanaf de camping gestart.

On hot days start with the higher walk and then finish by the river so you can cool down! Leaving the village of Lourido we came across a pack of dogs on the trail and they savaged one of my spaniels, the other was chased by the pack back into the village. My advice is to carry a big stick and not to be afraid to use it. Like all pack animals they are cowards. It spoilt what had been a lovely walk.

La zona de monte por donde pasa el recorrido está calcinado por un incendio, no es recomendable
