Itinerary description

It is a new area for me that I have been discovering for the last 2 weeks.
This time I did a loop inside the forest only.
I was lucky to be there during this time of the year. The autumn colors are simply amazing.
You park your car and you start walking for only 100 meters on the asphalt. After that you take your right and start your walk between the trees. The trail is not that obvious at the beginning but soon after 300 meters it will be much better, easier and simply awesome. Prepare yourself to take lot of photos there.
After 2 km you take your left and start going down hill. From there the trail isn't that easy to find but the area is not hard to walk. Just know well your orientation and enjoy the scenery.
After 3 km from the starting point the descent is a bit steep and slippery because of the leaves covering the floor. Just take it easy and it won't be long till you reach the house with an artificial pond beside it. Some ducks and geese are enjoying the water.
Right after, you will start going uphill. At first passing some apple trees plantations and then reentering the Ezer forest.
The hike is easy to moderate but I would consider it more as an easy one.
Enjoy !!!

Did this trail in june, the vegetation cover is very different than the one expected in autumn, much more dense especially in the forest itself. The distance and altitude were easy but the hardest part was trying to find a suitable way to walk especially at the start after the asphalt road, and in the descent after the lake on the right. Wouldn't recommend this in spring to amateur hikers as at some points it's really hard to stay oriented and find your way down a hill within the dense forest to the road. But the scenery was amazing and the untouched forest was blooming! A great adventure.

This is really a needed review Rita. Thanks for your feedback and input. Much appreciated :) I have done the place in autumn and winter and totally agree that it would be different in spring. From now it is on my list. Cheers and keep discovering

First 1/3 of hike was easy and beautiful but after that it gets more challenging. Theres thick bushes that you have to pass through and its very difficult to locate the trail without the gps.
