We dropped our cars in Andouz which is a very pleasant and verdant berber village in the heart of Atlas. Getting ready for backpacking didn't take so long, we started smoothly moving at 14.00 towards Lake of Ifni. Reaching out there was not easy because the weather was hot, seemingly the sun was nearby as soon as we elevate above 2200 m. Although the trail to the lake was sharp and rocky difficult, we kept the steady pace at good conditions.
