Itinerary description
First day of the four days long Trek W hike. Start by Torre Central camping / refugio / hotel after arriving on a 7am morning bus from Puerto Natales. It took us two hours (including all breaks) to reach Chileno camping with backpacks (approx. 4.6km). We left our backpacks at Chileno and went to the mirador Base Las Torres with small bags only (2.5 hours, approx. 5km). The return from the mirador to the camping took two hours. The trail is easy, only the final section approaching Base Las Torres involves some rock hopping.
