A very simple route from an indeterminate point on the road that goes from Iten to the Rift Valley to a respectable waterfall called Torok Waterfall.
I did the walk based on my intuition, and almost got to touch the water of the waterfall (although the final section, the last meters, becomes a bit inaccessible). Therefore, the route does not have a loss and there is no need to rent a guide.
On this excursion, which, like most, crosses houses and villages, I had the unlucky experience of encountering many, large and small people who, even before they greeted me, asked me for charity. I would not like to judge the quality of your life, nor to justify inequalities that are well patent at the international level. However, in the midst of the brightness of the orchard, it was all that, with its bananas, its papayas, its watermelons and its corn, its cows, their goats and their hens, the attitude beggar of those people seemed hypocritical, mediocre and disagreeable to me. And I did not give them anything.
