Itinerary description
Like every Drakensberg pass, it is a worthy opponent that begins with a very sharp and in our case, unfriendly drop for a few kilometres and eventually pours onto several koppies as you aim for your final destination.
Be wary of another 'higher' return trail that is longer and more challenging as you begin your descent. The 'correct' trail traverses lower towards the river.
