Itinerary description
Gorgeous landscapes around the area. Encountered many nomadic Berbers and settlements. We followed a Berber trail just northwest once you reach the pass and went off westward to follow a gully and reach the canyon floor.
On the way back to the main trail, we had to go up a gully maybe 2.5 km going east on the canyon floor. It was not difficult. We intended to do the circuit around the gorge but we started late and were running out of daylight. Great day hike.
