Buenos dias. Estoy muy interesado en caminar a lo largo del río desde Tobia a Utica. Veo aquí que has sido así. Me gustaría mucho hacerte algunas preguntas. ¿Qué tan peligrosa es esta ruta? ¿El suelo está seguro? ¿Cuáles son los otros riesgos y peligros que vio en el camino? Gracias. Hi Stuart. Very good Spanish. Don’t worry. Well, the hike is beautiful. The terrain is pretty stable. Actually, much of the hike is over old train tracks. I don’t think you will find much dangers doing this hike. However, now is rainy season in Colombia, so, probably is muddier now that when I did it.
I stayed in a very good hotel in Tobia call Casa de la Estacion. The owner is quite nice, he also speaks very good english and knows the region very well. He can recommend you nice hikes, mountain bike trails or rafting.
