Itinerary description
This is very nice and beautiful in panoramic views short trail with good physical exercise.
We made as well a short deviation for sunset views to the neighboring peak. One can see both shores (north and south) from that peak.
TERRAIN: mostly narrow rocky path with ups and downs come in turns, there is a part of asphalt road as well.
SEASON: quite shady, especially in the 2nd half of a day. Can be walked in summers. Though the asphalt return road is exposed to the sun. In winters at these heights there will be snow most likely and it might be knee deep.
SIGNS: there are plenty of signs of plant species and rock formations. Resting place is near fire lookout station.
KIDS: would not recommend it for little kids, better starting from 6-7 yo, there are some unprotected parts with rolling stones.
The trail can be combined with the bigger circular Madari trail - https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/madari-circular-trail-in-snow-spilia-98413676 as they have an intersection near fire lookout station.

Very scenic & quiet trail, with a little de-tour at 3/4 of the trail there is a bench on the hill where you can take a little break to admire a view.
