Itinerary description
It is a difficult track for experience people,we did in 2 days sleeping at the vatos base camp at 800 meters. The track is filled with dangerous paths between the rivers and is better to do the worst part at evening or early in the morning due to the hot ,once you pass the top (saos) you will have to go by the picks until you arrive to luludi another pick up of spring of fonias after 3 hours walking you will find a very comfortable river filled with grass and fresh water after that is all down until the beach.
