Really varied & interesting circular trail which takes you down into two different valleys & has many elevation changes, wonderful vistas & trail surfaces. Best done outside the rainy season due to the river crossings. It does take 6hrs!

Very interesting and different in terrain trail though the last ascending part is very demanding.
Very nice and varied trail. One comment - I wouldn't rank this trail as difficult - moderate is a better rank. Six hours duration is very exaggerated figure. My wife and me made this trail in four hours, including a picnic. And we are far from trained and approaching seventy....
