Itinerary description

First time on the ‘Cougals’ hike, plenty of reptilian wildlife, decent challenging scrambling & some fun narrow ridgelines! Watch out for loose stones on the descent & washouts in the ‘track’ towards the final summit. Phone went flat on the way back, I’d estimate total distance a little over 11km as the crow flies. I wouldn’t start anytime after 11:00am & don’t forget to check the weather - especially for strong wind or rain on the ridges.
