Itinerary description
This hike starts out from Cronin’s yard and takes in The Bone and Heaven’s Gate. It’s one my favourite walks in the reels as is slightly off the beaten track and rarely has many other hikers.
While this is a straightforward walk, I’m ranking as difficult as navigation could be tricky in cloudy conditions and there are steep drops on either side of The Bone. It’s also quite steep in places and Heaven’s Gate descent is quite eroded.
On a clear day the views are sublime.
