Greater Patagonian Trail / section 07 (GPT 07)
This was the second to last day of the GPT trail. Elliot jumped a small river and injured himself right at the end of the day on the last descent of the last mountain. We were able to finish the stage as planned by reaching the "puesto" of a nice farmer that helped us by calling a friend living on the main road 30km from there. We were able to call him and he took us in his car as we were just off the mountains and back on a small dirt road. What should have been our last day of walking we completed it by car.
After that, we splited for a while. Herve continued the walk in South Patagonia in Fitz Roy national Park. Elliot stopped for 3 weeks to get some rest.
We gathered again in Puerto Natales for our last month of walking from Puerto Natales (Chile) to Ushuaia (Argentina)
