Itinerary description
This a slightly alternative, shorter route which we used because we did the walk in 35 °C and by the time we got to the top of the hill on the way back after Punta Campenella it was getting a bit tough!
We started down the Roman Way which is very straightforward. After arriving at the Punta Campenella promontory there is a steep descent down to a lovely secluded bay if you fancy a swim. The way back is signposted by yellow and white painted arrows and so you don't need a map. Treat yourself to a lovely glass of iced lemon at the end. Perfect!
As noted by others the scenery and views are outstanding.

Magnifique randonnées, très bien balisée. Attention passage difficile à la pointe de Campanella pour monter et rejoindre la crête, mais l’effort vaut le détour !
