Itinerary description
I don't recommend this route!
The Spiaggia di Capitiello is a gem and worth every effort, but it is better approached from Nerano.
We were based in Termini and took the path from Monte San Costanzo through the Pineta di San Costanzo, passing the Grotta dei Caprari to reach the Via Ieranto. This path is in very bad shape! It is overgrown and the marks are difficult to find, without navigation app it would have been impossible to follow it.
The rest of the trail is good.
