Itinerary description
This hike in the west of Tenerife and start in El Palmar where the street is also going direction Teno Alto. the walk is 10 km long and has 650 ascent/descent. The trail from El Palmar to Teno Alto is the PR-TF 57 marked walk and is well marked/signposted.
Actually, the second part of this hike, from Teno Alto back to El Palmar was a lot nicer than the first part, since the second part had wide views over the hills and the sea.
