Itinerary description
Nice route with good views, but technically not very easy.
Route can be divided into 4 parts.
1. Trail up through forest. A nice and easy trail, with lots of shade, good markings, some water and moderate raise.
2. Trail after pass at around 1600m height/6 km from start. Trail is still not too hard to follow, and still has markings, but harder than first part. Much harder to walk. At some places we had to figure out best way to go, hold to some rocks with hands and all this felt not 100% safe.
3. Getting off the trail at around 8.9 km from start.
Steep climb without trail. After going up a little an old trail can still be seen (look at satellite map to find it). Could be easier that just going up without any trail. After goind up almost 300m, this part ends on a small plateau.
4. From the plateau either follow clearly visible trails (check Open Street Maps) or take shortcuts directly up the slope. Nothing hard here, just go up the last 500m.
If you want to take cable car down, check their schedule. They change time of last car with seasons.
