Part of Spry Bay Trail and Headland Trail, as well as new trail out by mistake.

The route is flat but somewhat complicated in some sections due to the narrowness of the road (hardly one person passes, and sometimes half!), the wetlands and the rocky beaches. Be careful where you put your foot, be careful with your ankles!!!

The first part of the route (Spry Bay) is the muddiest and narrowest. There are mosquitoes but when I went they didn't bother me (with repellent).

The second part completely changes the landscape, less trees, more meadows and, above all, more rocks and beach bowls, of all sizes 😆.

I recommend reading the initial explanations at the Starting Point, where there is information on the geological evolution of the place, as this way you can better identify and recognize the different geological formations that you will find on the Headland Trail.

The final part of the tour I was wrong. IT IS NOT ROUTE. I should have gotten back on the Spry Bay Trail and instead turned right around Powers Pond. The path that I followed is complicated, you have to cross a sea inlet and climb a bit of rock.

At this point there is good geological and biological information on the place, as well as maps of the different routes that can be done.
