Itinerary description

A long but very nice trail that starts from Sparta’s refuge camp with a south direction to Kalamata refuge camp in order to get the trail for the south approach of the summit. Lots of different scenery. What’s nice about this trail is that the summit is near the end if you do it circular clockwise so you don’t have to spend half of your trip to return.
