Scenery
Difficult
Just returned from a successful attempt of the most difficult part of the route (Gaitses - Halasmeno Peak) at 24-11-2018. We did it uphill and combined it with a return from Ridomo Gorge. Really spectacular route with few repetitions. Thank you ellee68 for the upload! The second part of the route Halasmeno - Ag. Dimitris was part of our trip in the area in July (again at the opposite direction) when we abandoned the idea of doing the Gaitses - Halasmeno part (which is mostly ridge walking and scrambling) due to poor weather (summer thunderstorm). Excellent route. Suggested grading "moderate" refers to somewhat "seasoned" mountaineers, I would suggest "difficult" (for the part of the ridge) considering the average wikiloc "outdoor enthusiast" user. Again congratulations, keep up the good work!
