Itinerary description

obviously, the app was not functioning at the first part of the journey, i.e. happy forest, which was about 3 km with 550 meters elevation gain.

the trail to tanyu village was very comfortable, and tanyu is extremely beautiful in later autumn, golden trees everywhere. it's worth visiting.

sanjiadian village is taken as the first village to west ancient pathways in beijing. they are famous for old houses, trees, temples and facilities.

public transportation is available at both of the starting point and ending of the journey.
