Itinerary description
Steep hike up to Zizai, would be hard for people with short legs.
At Rain Gauge 9 continue straight for about 600m, then turn left downhill to little river - steep descent and even steeper up on the other side, but well marked trail (red paint) with a few obstacles that are doable.
Overall - because of slippery and steep spots - this hike seems much easier going up to Penang Hill from Tanjung Bungah than coming down in the opposite direction.
