Itinerary description
Beautiful hike from the entrance to Talistan forest park to Qaranohur lake. Fairly well marked although there are sections in the middle where you need to keep an eye on the map. Gradual elevation increase until the end when there is a very very steep hill up to the lake. Do not recommend after rain or snow, the trail would be very difficult. There is a beautiful camping and picnic area at the end, well worth it for a day or even an overnight. Uniquely for Azerbaijan, there is a wooden hut with a loft that would be great for camping. First come first served.
