Itinerary description

This circuit starts in the city of Bab Taza. Besides Chefchaouen, this small city is considered one of the ideal points to enter the territory of the Talassemtane National Park. Before doing so, it’s also a perfect place to do some last minute shopping. The walk is a strong climb and can be quite hard if the weather is bad. The camping site Talassemtane is located between two of the highest mountain peaks of the park, where you can set up your tents for the night. There is a fair chance you'll find a thick layer of snow here in the winter months.
