Route 4 - Annapurna Circuit - Fourth route of the Annapurna circuit (06/16/2017). We left Tal soon with a perfect temperature for the stage. The route followed a narrow path on the right side of the Marsyangdi to the crossing of a suspension bridge from which there are beautiful views of the river near Dharapani. From that point we go along the road to Thoche where we decided to cross the river again, because the narrow road on the other side of the river looks nicer to the road. The road is 2 km long and cross the river that faces the road again. The landscape changes again in this area and is more like the Alps. The hardest thing would come from Danagyu since there is a climb with a steep slope, the good thing about this part is that on the way there are several beautiful waterfalls with wooden bridges. At one point before reaching Timang, we see a narrow road marked by the route and decided to leave the road. This part is much less visited than the others and it shows that the road is not so marked. We see wild strawberries and lovely flowers and the area becomes more jungle again. After a while we think that we are moving away from the road a lot but with MAPS.ME application it seems that there is a bridge nearby that takes Timang, so we continue. About a kilometer or so we see the bridge and we are very happy to have taken that route since there are impressive views from the bridge. We went through Timang where we bought chocolates (very expensive) and where there are several sawmills. From there we continue on the road to Chame and with the level slope. This is one of the hardest stages because it is very long and steep.
