Itinerary description
This is a really lovely walk. It starts at the wetlands view restaurant. It's pretty much totally flat. Lots of opportunities to see a good range of birds and turtles and hear (if not see) frogs. Staff told us there are platypus too, though we didn't see one.
We did about 4km at an unrushed meandery pace - you can walk for longer, we didn't't do the whole trail as we needed to get back to the restaurant in time for our lunch. Given winery visits are so often about over indulgence, to combine it with such a beautiful bushland setting where you can get some nature and fresh air was lovely. I would do this one again.
