Itinerary description
Tafraout. Saw an interesting looking valley on satellite view. I went past the head of the valley on a previous walk
Went to investigate. The valley heads west and drops down into the Ammeln Valley eventually. I was hoping that it would be easy to navigate, at least the first section
It soon proved difficult to go very far along it. I didn't really fancy the possibility of getting injured and stuck there on my own
Even though it was not very steep at that point, it was a narrow valley and difficult to walk on the valley floor or on the rocks on the valley sides
So turned back
Plan B is to try to enter the valley lower down, from the Tafraout to Ammeln Valley main path. That's for another day
