The trail begins inside the Botanical Garden. You must pay an entrance fee of R 70 per person. The first 1:30 is a strong climb, shaded all the time and well signposted. When you find the stream bed, after climbing the wooden stairs, climb the rocks, in the front you will find the trail. It is worth to follow the whole route and to know the lake dammed (10 min of deviation only). Once at the top of the mountain, there is no ascension and the walk yields well. The trail is between moderate and difficult, and it takes a lot of breath to overcome the altimetry of 1000m. The look makes up for the sweat!
