Starting from Platteklip George starting point, take the path of the same name to the top. For those who are a little trained, the climb takes an hour and a half, it is quite steep but all in steps, which tire me after a while.
Once at the top I stopped for a while and then headed south along the path to Maclear's Bacon. After a few nice photos and a stop to admire the view to the east, I headed back to the cable car along the path, marked in yellow, to the north.
The view is breathtaking, keeping Devil Peak on the right, walk along the road above the north wall and after about 1 hour you will reach the most touristic area, where you can buy souvenirs and there is a nice café that is always open.
With 210 rand per adult you can easily go down the cable car to the parking lot in 3 min. I didn't even have to queue.
Excellent sunny day, little wind (only in the morning in the west).
