Itinerary description
Excellent climb up Skeleton Gorge. Tricky in places with some ladders to help & lots of scrambling up & over boulders - not for the faint hearted.
Better to do this hike in reverse as we were ripped off getting onto the trail going through the Kirstenbosch Gardens.
Best check out cable car ops in advance as high winds can stop ops & it's a 1 to 2 hr walk down Platteklip Gorge.
Weather changed too near the top & it got quite cold with poor vis.
