Itinerary description
The trail is also a pilgrimage route to the shrine at the top of the mountain, so it has stone steps and is well maintained. The weather was good and the direct sunlight was harsh, but the breeze was cool and there was occasional shade, so we enjoyed the three-hour hike. On the way, local women were selling lemon water and watermelons along the roadside.
