Itinerary description
This is an easy, pleasant walk with a number of very nice views.
From the parking just before the old village the walk follows the yellow marked trail to the woods from the outskirts of the village.
From the waypoint Les Chateaux at 496m. a track goes north-west that will lead you in half an hour to Le Croix of Saint Pancrace, a viewpoint.
The first part of the walk to the chapel is completely trhough the woods and you will ascend from 480 to 640m., so gradually that you will hardly notice it.
Only after reaching the Chapelle de Saint Pancrace at 640m you will get glimpses of the countryside and after reaching the junction to Grigors-et-Lozon the views will become more extensive.
This mountain with its perched village of Suze will offer you an exceptional panorama on the edge of the Diois and the Vercors Sud. On a clear day you will have superb views of the mountains the Grand Veymont, the 3 Becs, Roche Colombe and the shiplike structure of the forest of Saou, with the 3 Becs as the prow and Roche Colombe as the stern.

Thank you another good easy walk .. there’s now a fairly small diversion off the route towards the end (signposted) … views would have been better for the late April hail and snow
Thank you for this addition, edlilley😊
