The second route on our trip through Vietnam would take us to yet another waterfall: Suối Tranh! Suối Tranh is located in a beautiful natural environment, well equipped for tourists and much more crowded than other places on the island of Phú Quốc. Despite this, the waterfall looks good, so let's go see it!
START:
Very close to the airport on the island of Phú Quốc, with a large entrance in the vicinity of the large road that connects said airport and the main city of the island, is Suối Tranh. Upon entering, we leave the motorcycle parked in the paid parking lot. To visit Suối Tranh, we must pay an entrance fee that we will pay right there, very close to the parking lot.
DESCRIPTION:
Motorcycle parked and tickets purchased, we're going inside! We quickly realize that it will be a place very frequented by tourists.
A few steps away, a small, very pretty waterfall surprises us on our right. We are in a beautiful park, very decorated and very pleasant and comfortable to walk around.
We follow the route and, crossing a bridge, we reach a kind of natural monument, where we also find a waterfall. Several photos and we continue!
Several more meters and we reach the detour that will show us the way out and the way back. On the way out, we will turn right, entering a very beautiful natural area, with small rivers, lakes, bridges and animal sculptures. It's a beautiful park!
After this beautiful stretch, we continue one more detour to the right. At this point is the path that we will choose on the way back. It is an area with several tables and places where you can eat, rest, buy drinks, sweets, etc.
Once we have passed the area most prepared for tourists, we enter the path that heads towards Suối Tranh. The path is not difficult, but we must pay a little more attention, since many sections are muddy or with a lot of water. The buildings, sculptures and monuments give way to a much more natural path, along the banks of the river into which the waterfall flows.
Throughout this beautiful stretch of less than a kilometer, we find endless waterfalls and waterfalls. The trail will always advance in a slight ascent, but without being demanding. Many areas where you can bathe, put your feet in, enjoy the sound of the water... A magical and beautiful environment!
After a kilometer of the route, we arrived at Suối Tranh! Suối Tranh is a beautiful waterfall, not very high, but the same width as the river. Several photos and a short break to enjoy the place!
After contemplating the beautiful Suối Tranh waterfall for a long time, we returned! The way back we will do it in a slight descent along the same way we went. There is no loss, so, in a short time, we find ourselves back in the restaurant area. We bought some sweets and continued to the aforementioned detour. Here, directly, we will continue straight until we reach the parking lot, where we end this beautiful route!
CONCLUSION:
A must-see waterfall while on the island of Phú Quốc. Beautiful access and very prepared and cared for for tourists. It is noticeable in the cleanliness of the place and in the access to the waterfall. Suối Tranh is a natural site worth visiting!
