Itinerary description
Spent the day geocaching starting on Goodspeed Trail in Sugarloaf Ridge SP. Ended up on Summit Trail in Hood Mountain RP and turned around with just enough time to end up at the parking lot as the sun was going down. The hike was 14 miles before I cut down on the "bounce" from the times I stopped and I had to cut off a bit of the end of the hike to avoid geocaching spoilers... At the point of turning around it was just short of 3 miles as the crow flies, but it was much further hiking and involved 1000 ft back up about 2000 ft back down...
