Route only for people who are a little fit and especially agile. You have to wear shoes that have good grip and if it has rained, wear Goretex because of the mud. There are long sections of up and down large rocks.
One of the areas is very exposed to the sea so with high tide or bad sea, do not take the route as it could drag you away as we have read in several blogs.
