Itinerary description

A beautiful easy hike, great in the early morning. If you go counter-clockwise the first section will show you some of the old (and still mysterious) stone circles, the middle section will give you amazing views from above the cliffs, and the third section will allow you to cool off in the Rock Fairies River.

Great spot to take a short break in the shade. No picnic table though.

Great viewpoint over the Elands Valley, the cliffs, stone circles (on the right-hand hillside), etc.

Climbers know this as the "Time Bomb Block"!... but it's not ready to crumble any time soon!

Waterfall + Restaurant crag turn-off

This is a great spot to hang out for a bit. Have a dip on a hot day (but don't jump!), have a picnic, or work on your suntan! ;-)

Riverside intersection

S is back to Tegwaan; SW is a detour to Rock Fairies pools and/or a shortcut to Pine Cottage; N is to continue SCL; NE is an old path across the plateau to the cliffs.
