-It can be done for free perfectly.
-We in leh contact an agency called MITRA and reserve food and store in the base camp. It's worth it to not carry weight.
- They told us to leave at 1am from base camp, to see the sunrise. We left at 2am, and arrived at 6am at the top. We did not see dawn (it is at 5.15) and also that is a shit, since it is very cold. It is much better to leave a little later to catch some sun. If I had to repeat it, I would leave at 4 or 5.
